We have extensive experience collaborating with a variety of UK and international production companies, from independent producers to major film studios.

We provide a full range of general management services, including:

• Providing support through the development and pre-production process, including rights acquisition; contracting creative teams, cast and agencies; running readings and workshops, and negotiating and contracting with venues.
• Providing strong financial control over the production, including preparing budget and recoupment models.
• Running the production on a day-to-day basis, including:
  • Administering all human resources functions, including recruitment, ongoing employee relations and training initiatives.
  • Supporting sales and marketing activity including with box office reporting and insight, plus organising events
  • Managing day-to-day communication with all parties
  • Running recast processes
