Emilie Baines

General Manager

Emilie joined Short Street Productions as General Manager in 2024 and is currently working on the upcoming touring and West End production of Billy Elliot the Musical.

Productions whilst at Short Street include TINA – The Tina Turner Musical (Aldwych and the UK and International Tour). Emilie was previously Associate General Manager for Wicked at Playful Productions having initialled joined the company as a Production Intern in 2011. Prior to this, Emilie worked for Pippa Ailion Casting and Jorg Betts Associates.

In 2022, Emilie became an Associate Member of the CIPD after achieving the Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management.
